MARKET APPLICATIONS

JSN Series (jumbo stacked naked) film capacitors have been designed for Automotive Power Electronics where high

reliability and long life are essential under severe working conditions (high operating temperatures and high vibration).

Some of the applications for both the 14V and 42V Powernet are the following: Integrated Starter Alternator, Camless,

Common rail, Electric Power steering, climate control, DC/DC and AC/DC converters. Moreover JSN series could be

used for the power electronics in electric/hybrid and fuel cell cars. JSN is made with lead frames and the suggested

connection process is electrical welding. Special versions for reflow soldering are available upon request.
