Description

Features

The IS6811A supports up to 30A

continuous current operation in a very

compact 3mm x 5mm FCQFN package.

Integrating high side and low side power

FETs and gate drivers minimizes the

parasitic components on the PCB therefore

achieving higher efficiency and better

deadtime control.

• Integrated bootstrap switch

• Current Monitoring

• Temperature Reporting

• Both Positive and Negative Current Limit

• Over Temperature Protection

• Fault Reporting: OC and OT

• Used in Multi-Phase Operation

• 3mm x 5mm FCQFN Package

The IS6811A works with an operating

frequency from 100KHz to 2MHz. It

accepts tri-state PWM signal from a PWM

controller. It also has a built-in switch for

bootstrapping purpose.

The IS6811A also comes with an

integrated current monitoring function and

a temperature reporting function. And it is

equipped with full suite of protection

functions, including positive and negative

current limit, over temperature and input

supply UVLOs.

The IS6811A is ideal for high current multi-

phase operation where density and thermal

performance is a must.
