Features

The IS6630C is a high power density, fully

integrated synchronous buck converter

supporting LPDDR5 memory design. It can

support wide input voltage range and

deliver up to 10A continuous output current

at defined conditions. VDDQ and VDD1

LDO are integrated internally, which is very

ideal for high density DDR power solution

design. A differential sensing scheme and a

0.6V internal feedback reference voltage

achieve ±1% tolerance over full temperature

range and perform an excellent line and

load regulation.



All-in-one power solution for LPDDR5

memory design.

Fully Integrated VDDQ and VDD1 power

rails.

Turbo Constant On Time (TCOT^TM)

Control with Fast Transient Response.

VIN Input Voltage Range: 4.5V to 22V

Output Voltage Range: 0.6V to 3.3V, and

90% Max Duty Cycle.

10A Continuous Output Current.

Excellent Load and Line Regulations with

1% Voltage Accuracy.



Up to 92% Efficiency at VIN=12V,

VOUT=1.2V

The VDDQ LDO can sink and source up to

1.5A of continues current and requires only

22uF of MLCC. VDD1 LDO can provide

continuous current up to 1.5A, and 47uf

MLCC needs to be connected.



Switching frequency can be easily adjusted

between 500kHz and 700kHz. The IS6630C

uses patented Turbo Constant On Time

(TCOT^TM) to control the algorithm with fast

transient response. Pure MLCC output

capacitors can be used to save space and

cost.
