LED Display Driver IC with Key Scan Function

IK2112

Description

IK2112 is a compact display driver that interface microprocessors to LED display

through I2C. It can control a mix of 4digits x 14 segments to 8digits x 14 segments LED

matrix by internal 8 channel switches and 14 channel LED drivers. Digit intensity can be

adjusted using 8 step internal digital brightness control.

Features

• I2C interface

• Avoidance of read/write RAM collision

• 5V to 15V operation

• Support series LED configuration for the uniform

brightness

• Flexible LED matrix : 4 digits x 14 segments

to 8 digits x 14 segments

• 8 step dimming control for digits

• Key scan function : 3 key input x 10 strobe = 30 keys

• Internal oscillator 500KHz

LQFP-32

• The LED current drivers can 50mA

• Operation Temperature : - 40 ~ 85°C

• Package : LQFP-32L
