Construcꢀon
The resistor material is screen printed onto a 96% alumina substrate and covered with a protecꢀon comprising of a glaze followed by an
organic coaꢀng. This construcꢀon gives an insulated device.
Marking
All relevant informaꢀon is recorded on the primary package or reel.
Terminaꢀons
Planar (or single-sided) terminaꢀon is gold and suitable for wire-bonding. Wrap-around terminaꢀon is suitable for soldering.
