proꢃides +15 dBm tꢂpiꢀal output power from 22 to

46 GHz aꢁd the Fo aꢁd 3Fo isolatioꢁs are 25 dBꢀ

aꢁd 15 dBꢀ respeꢀtiꢃelꢂ at 30 GHz. The HMc598 is
