Description

The HD151TS180 is a high-performance, low-skew, low-jitter, PC motherboard Clock generator. It is

specifically designed for ALI M1671 Pentium 4 chip set. HD151TS180 is SSOP-48pin version of the

HD151TS177 (SSOP-56pin).

Features

•

9 memory clocks for SDR SDRAM @3.3 V, up to 200 MHz

2 differential pairs of HCSL CPU clock , up to 200 MHz

7 copies of PCI clock @3.3 V, 33.33 MHz typ.

2 copies of AGP clock @3.3 V, 66.66 MHz typ.

1 copy of 48 MHz @3.3 V

1 copy of 14.318 MHz reference clock @3.3 V

Power save and clock stop function.

Programmable clock output skew control function.

Watchdog timer and reset output.

I²C^TMserial port programming

Spread Spectrum modulation (-0.5% or ±0.25%)

48pin-SSOP (300 mils)

Supports DDR application with clock buffer HD74CDCV851
