naphthalate (PEN) as electrode. Clear PEN

as dielectric. Rugged box encapsulation

in self-extinguishing material meeting the

High frequency coupling and decoupling

and in general high speed applications

requiring high dU/dt, such as pulse

operation in SMPS.
