1.5A Low Dropout Regulator

Features

General Description

1.8V, 2.5V and 3.3V Options

The G9915 is a high performance positive voltage

regulator designed for use in applications requiring

very low dropout voltage at up to 1.5 Amps. The

G9915 provides excellent regulation over variations in

line, load and temperature. G9915 is stable with mini-

mum 4.7µF MLCC (X5R) output capacitor.

Over Current and Over Temperature Protection

400mV Dropout @1.5A

MLCC Capacitance Stable

TO-252 and TO-263T Package

Applications

The G9915 is available with 1.8V, 2.5V and 3.3V in-

ternally preset outputs.
