Low-Dropout, 300mA Linear Regulator with POK

Features

General Description

300mA Output Current, with Foldback Current

The G9613 are low-dropout, linear regulator with

PowerGood function. Shutdown turns off whole IC.

Other features include foldback current limiting and

thermal overload protection.

±2% Output Accuracy

±2% POK Threshold Accuracy

Externally Programmable POK Time Delay

Generator

The POK function in G9613 detect VOUT level, keep-

ing it asserted for time delay determined by external

capacitor. The POK output is active low open-drain

output. The detection threshold are 90% of the regu-

lator output voltage.
