1A Positive Voltage Regulators

Features

General Description

Fixed Output

The G78MXX is a fixed positive output voltage regula-

tor with 4% accuracy, which operation voltage can be

up to 30V. The driving current can reach up to 1A with

enough headroom between input voltage and output

voltage. The typically quiescent current is about 4.2mA.

Internal current-limit protection and over temperature

protection are embedded to avoid unintentional dam-

aging during abnormal operation.
