Features

General Description

Internally Fixed Threshold level of 2.3V/2.5V

The G678 is a micro-power voltage detector supervis-

ing the power supply voltage level for microprocessors

(μP) or digital systems. They provide excellent circuit

reliability and low cost by eliminating external compo-

nents. It provides internally fixed threshold level of

2.3V/2.5V. It features low supply current of 3.3μA at

V_CC=3V.

High Accuracy ±1.5%

Low Supply Current 3.3µA at V_CC=3V

No External Components Required

N-Channel Open-Drain Output

Available in Two Output Configurations

Open-Drain RESET Output (G678H)

Open-Drain RESET Output (G678L)

Guaranteed Reset Valid to V_CC= +1V

4-Pin SC-70-4 (SC-82 / SOT-343) Packages

These circuits perform a single function: they assert a

reset signal whenever the V^CCsupply voltage declines

below the preset threshold. Once V_CCrecovered up-

crossing the threshold level, the reset signal will be

released.

SOT-343) Package.
