General Description
2.5V to 5.5V Input Supply Range
The G5519 includes a high-performance boost con-
verter, two linear-regulator controllers, and high cur-
rent operational amplifiers for TFT-LCDs. Also in-
cluded is a logic controlled, high-voltage switch with
adjustable delay.

The boost converter provides the regulated supply
voltage for the panel source driver ICs. It is a high-
frequency (1.2MHz) current-mode regulator with an
integrated 18V n-channel MOSFET that allows the use
of ultra-small inductors and ceramic capacitors. It pro-
vides fast transient response to pulsed loads while
achieving efficiencies over 86%.
Using external low-cost transistors, the linear-regulator
controllers provide tight regulation VGON/VGOFF for the
panel gate drivers with fault protection.
Small 32-pin 5mmX5mm TQFN package
The operational amplifier are ideal for VCOM and
VGAMMA applications. They features high output current
(±150mA), fast slew rate (12V/μs), wide bandwidth
(12MHz), and rail-to-rail inputs and outputs.
