General Description

Features

V_DROP=0.2V @ V_IN=5V, I_L=1A, V_ON/OFF= 1.5V to 8V

These Integrated Load Switches are produced using

Fairchild's proprietary, high cell density, DMOS

technology. This very high density process is

especially tailored to minimize on-state resistance and

provide superior switching performance. These

devices are particularly suited for low voltage high

side load switch application where low conduction loss

and ease of driving are needed.

V_DROP=0.3V @ V_IN=3.3V, I_L=1A, V_ON/OFF= 1.5V to 8V.

High density cell design for extremely low on-resistance.

V_ON/OFFZener protection for ESD ruggedness.

>6KV Human Body Model.

SuperSOT^TM-6 package design using copper lead frame

for superior thermal and electrical capabilities.
