Plug-and-play, compact, high performance, single channel driver

for two-level converters

Abstract

The SCALE HVI 1SD210FI-FX200R65KF1 is a compact single-channel

intelligent gate driver designed for EUPEC’s high-voltage IGBTs type

FD200R65KF1-K and FZ200R65KF1. The driver features a fiber optic

interface and a short-circuit protection.
