12V Interface Current Limiter and Integrated Low-Power 12V/200mA LDO

Linear Regulator

DESCRIPTION

The ETA5097 is a current limiting device designed specifically for the 12V interface and comes with a 12V linear regulator with a 200mA load.

The ETA5097's interface current limiter allows the output to be short-circuited while the input is still maintained. This maintains the internal

power supply and provides a 200mA LDO with adjustable output voltage. The ETA6097 integrates various protection functions such as over-

current protection, short circuit protection, over-temperature protection and more.

12V-to-5V LDO support >200mA load

LDO feedback voltage of 1.1V
