EPEM are constructed with a wound polyethylene

terephthalate film dielectricꢂ housed inside a plastic casingꢂ

which is sealed using epoxy resin. The leads are

constructed with oxygen-free tinned copper wires. EPEM

possess self -healing properties and are small in size. They

are ideal for automatic insertion.
