The DIO8280A consists of an integrated

The DIO8280A drives the Buck converter with

ultra-low R_DS(ON)power switch to achieve higher

efficiency and keeps the Buck converter

connecting PWM signal with EN pin or connecting

Analog signal with CF pin to achieve dimming

control.


