Integrated solution for multiple LDOs

LDO with 5 V input to 3.3 V, 1.8 V

and 1.0 V

The DIO7964 features 3-channel LDO output,

offering maximum flexibility in system design,

while it has a low operating current of typically

137 μA.



Built-in fault protection circuitry

-40°C to +85°C operating temperature range

Green packages: EP-MSOP8 and EP-SOIC8

The DIO7964 are available in the Green EP-SOIC8

and EP-MSOP8 packages with an exposed

thermal pad. It operates over an ambient

temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
