36V input standoff voltage

The DIO54056A/B/C is a complete constant-

current / constant voltage linear charger for single

cell Lithium-Ion batteries. No external sense

resistor is needed, and no blocking diode is

required due to the internal MOSFET architecture.

The charge voltage is fixed at 4.4V for DIO54056A

and 4.35V for DIO54056B and 4.2V for DIO54056C,

and the charge current can be programmed

externally with a single resistor.

DIO54056A/B/C can be put into shutdown mode,
