Ultra Low Ron (<0.4Ω) Single Pole Double Throw Switch

with -3V Negative Signal Handling Capability

Switch Type: SPDT

The DIO1510 is a Single-Pole, Double-Throw

(SPDT) analog switch. DIO1510 operates from a

single 1.8V to 5.5V supply and features an

ultra-low on resistance of 0.4Ω at a +4.5V supply

and T_A= 25°C. This device is fabricated with

sub-micron CMOS technology to achieve fast

switching speeds and is designed for

break-before-make operation.

Voltage Operation: 1.8V to 5.5V

Ultra-Low On Resistance: 0.4Ω @+4.5V

-3dB Bandwidth: 140MHz

High Off-isolation: -75dB@100kHz

Excellent On Resistance Flatness: 0.04Ω

Low Total Harmonic Distortion (THD):

0.01% @ V_SW=1V_PP, R_L=32Ω



All switch I/O ports are High Impedance

with no leakage current, when V_CC=0V

Break-Before-Make Switching

Input/output is isolated when powered off

Green Packaged: SC70-6

DIO1510 guarantees on-resistance flatness over

the signal range, high off-isolation and low

crosstalk, which ensures excellent linearity and

low distortion when switching audio signals.

DIO1510 consists of normally open and normally

close switches.



SC70-6.
