 Description



Wide supply voltage range: 3.0 V to 3.6 V

Up to three external temperature monitors

The DIO1413/1414 are high-precision sensor chips



for temperature monitoring in laptops, servers, and

industrial applications. The DIO1413/1414 achieve

an inaccuracy of ±1°C even in complex application

environments by utilizing advanced methods,

including Resistance Error Correction (REC),

Dynamic Element Matching, Automatic BJT Type

Detection and Automatic Beta Detection and

Compensation.

One internal temperature monitor

The DIO1413 monitors three temperatures channels.

And the DIO1414 monitors four temperature
