 Features

 Description



AEC-Q100 qualified

The DIA221X series is a device integrates a high-side

current-sense amplifier, a comparator and a voltage

reference. The wide common-mode voltage range

from -0.1 V to 75 V enables the device to be used in

various applications. The common mode voltage is

independent of the supply voltage. The total output

error is as low as 1% over temperature, which greatly

improves the accuracy and simplifies the design of

system.

-40°C ≤ T_A≤ 125°C

Device junction temperature:

-40°C ≤ T_J≤ 150°C



Supply voltage of 3 V to 40 V

Low quiescent current: 470 μA (typ)

Current sense amplifier

Low offset voltage of ±0.1 mV (max)

1% max total output error over

temperature

The DIA221X series is integrated with an open-drain

comparator and internal reference at 0.6 V voltage.

Common-mode voltage of -0.1 V to 75 V

High slew rate of 3 V/µs

The comparator includes a latching capability, and

can be made transparent by grounding the RESET

pin.



Options for gain/bandwidth:

DIA2210: 20 V/V, 440 kHz

DIA2211: 50 V/V, 110 kHz

DIA2212: 100 V/V, 65 kHz

The DIA221X series operates from single 3 V to 40 V

supply under -40°C to 125°C, with a maximum supply

current of 620 μA.


