 Features

 Description



AEC-Q100 qualified

The DIA2072X devices are low power, high precision

CMOS operational amplifiers for automotive

applications. It provides rail-to-rail input and output

operation from a range of 2.5 V to 5.5 V at both

single-supply and split-supply operation.

Device ambient temperature: -40°C ≤ T_A

≤ 125°C

Device junction temperature: -40°C ≤ T_J

≤ 150°C



Wide supply range: 2.5 V to 5.5 V or ±1.25 V to

±2.75 V

These amplifiers operate at single power supply or

dual power supply and offer 10 MHz bandwidth, slew

rate of 6.5 V/µs and only 620 µA of quiescent current

per channel. The DIA2072X offer low input offset

voltage of 0.5 mV and low input offset voltage drift of

5 µV/°C.



Rail-to-rail input and output

Wide bandwidth: 10 MHz typical at V_CC= 5 V

Low input offset voltage: 0.5 mV typical

Input offset voltage drift: 5 μV/°C typical over

operating temperature range

The DIA2072X family is available in standard

package such as SOT23-5, MSOP-8, SOIC-8,

SOP-14 and TSSOP-14. It is specified over ambient

temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The DIA2072X

provides an excellent choice for high-quality systems.



Low total harmonic distortion: 0.04% typical at

V_CC= 5 V

Low supply current: 620 μA typical per channel

at V_CC= 5 V

Slew rate: 6.5 V/µs typical
