DESCRIPTION  
The DAC8820,  
a
multiplying digital-to-analog  
1.66 mA Full-Scale Current,  
with VREF = 10 V  
converter (DAC), is designed to operate from a  
single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply.

Settling Time: 0.5 µs  
The applied external reference input voltage VREF  
determines the full-scale output current. An internal  
feedback resistor (RFB  
tracking for the full-scale output when combined with  
an external, current-to-voltage (I/V) precision  
amplifier.

Reference Bandwidth: 8 MHz  
Reference Input: ±15 V
