The D3V3F8U9LP3810 is a high-performance device suitable for

protecting four high speed I/Os. These devices are assembled in U-

DFN3810-9 (Type B) package and have high ESD surge capability,

low ESD clamping voltage and ultra-low capacitance.

Totally Lead-Free & Fully RoHS Compliant (Notes 1 & 2)

Halogen and Antimony Free. “Green” Device (Note 3)
