The TG-Series 3-Axis accelerometers are high

performance ±±g anꢀ ±ꢁꢂg sensorsꢃ featꢄring

precision three-layer silicon ꢀifferential capacitive

MEMS sensing elements that proviꢀe ꢄltra low

noise anꢀ excellent stability. The TG-Series sensors

are fꢄlly signal conꢀitioneꢀ anꢀ factory calibrateꢀ.

The single-enꢀeꢀ high level analog oꢄtpꢄts ꢀo not
