The CXD3412GA is a timing generator and CCD

signal processor IC for the ICX412 CCD image sensor.

• Horizontal drive frequency 22.5MHz

(base oscillation frequency 45MHz)

• Supports frame readout/draft (sextuple speed)/

AF (auto focus)
