Rev.03 - 22 December 2022
Product data sheet
1. General description
Planar passivated sensitive gate four quadrant triac in a TO220F plastic package intended for use
in applications requiring high bidirectional transient and blocking voltage capability and high thermal
cycling performance. Typical applications include motor control, industrial and domestic lighting,
heating and static switching. This sensitive gate "series E" triac is intended for direct gate triggering
by low power drivers and microcontrollers.
