Features

Description

3V to +37V Input Voltage Operation

The BM34063A Series is a monolithic control circuit

containing the primary functions required for DC-to-DC

converters. These devices consist of an internal

temperature compensated reference, comparator,

controlled duty cycle oscillator with an active current limit

circuit, driver and high current output switch.

Internal 1.6A Peak Current Switch

Internal ±1.8% Reference

Low Quiescent Current at 1.6mA

Frequency from 100Hz ~ 120KHz(100PF)

Output Voltage Adjustable

Active Current Limiting

Step-Up, Step-Down or Inverting Switching

在散热良好时,SOP8 ,+12Vin, 能输出 1A@5V

在散热良好时,DIP8 ,+12Vin 能输出 1A5@5V

If one day , you feel not good to AP1513 / MP9141 on price due to cost problem,

you can choose BM34063A as +12V down to 3.3V/5.0V if less than 1A ouput.
