BD61250MUV

General Description

BD61250MUV is preꢀdriver IC to drive single phase H bridge output composed of external MOS FET.

The power supply input terminal and the drive output have voltage rating of 40V, so it can be used in a 24V power supply

without using voltage drop down circuit.
