automotive applications requiring specific change control;

these parts are AEC-Q101 qualified, PPAP capable, and

manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities.

Description and Applications

This Schottky Barrier Array is designed with low leakage

performance in variety of configurations. This reduces

Designed to meet AEC-Q101 requirements. Configurations are

ideally suited to use as:


