Description
The Battrax® series offers programmable SIDACtor®
overvoltage protection devices for SLIC applications.
This series is offered in a negative Battrax version and a
positive Battrax version. The B1xx0C_ is for a -VREF supply
BOEꢀUIFꢀ#ꢁꢂꢃꢂ$@ꢀJTꢀGPSꢀBꢀꢄ7REF supply. Designed using
an SCR and a gate diode, the B1xx0C_ Battrax begins
to conduct at |-VREF]ꢀꢄꢀ]ꢅꢆꢇꢁꢀ7]ꢀXIJMFꢀUIFꢀ#ꢁꢂꢃꢂ$@ꢀ#BUUSBYꢀ
