1-Line Bi-directional TVS Diode

Description

Mechanical Characteristics

The AU1881P1 is a 1.8V bi-directional TVS diode, utiliz-

ing leading monolithic silicon technology to provide fast

response time and low ESD clamping voltage, making

this device an ideal solution for protecting voltage sensi-

tive data and power line. The AU1881P1 complies with

the IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) with ±30 kV air and ±30 kV con-

tact discharge. It is assembled into an ultra-small lead-

free DFN1006-2 package. The small size and high ESD

surge protection make AU1881P1 an ideal choice to pro-

tect cell phone, digital cameras, audio players and many

other portable applications.


