On-Chip Hall Sensor

Wide Operating Voltage Range: 2.2V to 24V

The APX9137A is an integrated Hall-Effect sensor latch

IC designed for electric commutation of three-phase

Brushless DC motor applications. The APX9137A is avail-

able in a low cost SOT-23-3 package.

weight).
