FEATURES

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The APU0063 is a LCD driver LSI that is fabricated

by low power CMOS technology. Basically this LSI

consists of 40 × 2bit bi-directional shift register, 40

Power supply voltage ; +5V ± 10%

+3V ± 10%

× 2bit data latch and 40 × 2bit driver.

Supply voltage range for display : ≤ 10V

Negative display voltage :

0 ≥ V_EE≥ V_DD-10V
