Power MOS V^®is a new generation of high voltage N-Channel enhancement

mode power MOSFETs. This new technology minimizes the JFET effect,

increases packing density and reduces the on-resistance. Power MOS V^®

also achieves faster switching speeds through optimized gate layout.
