• Glass passivated junction

• Moisture sensitivity: level 1, per J-STD-020

• Low profile package with built-in strain relief for surface

mounted applications

• Optimized for LAN protection applications

• Very Fast response time

• 400 W peak pulse power capability with a 10/1000 µs waveform

• Halogen-free according to IEC 61249-2-21 definition

• High temperature soldering guaranteed: 250℃/10 seconds at terminals

• AEC-Q101 qualified

Typical Applications

Use in sensitive electronics protection against voltage transients induced by inductive load switching

and lighting on ICs, MOSFET, signal lines of sensor units for consumer, computer, industrial,

automotive and telecommunication.
