Reasons for Change:

This is part of Avago’s continuous improvement activities. The purpose of the change is to standardize all mmWave datasheet.

Effect of Change on Fit, Form, Function, Quality, or Reliability:

The device specification will remain the same as listed in the previous datasheet.

Effective Date of Change:

The new datasheet for mmWave package product will be implemented on 1^stNov 2011.

Qualification Data:

No Qualification is required for this change.
