Description
The AD023 is a versatile 10-bit successive approximation A/D converter featuring 100
ksps sample rate at 520 µA typical static current consumption. It is a complete solution
integrating all related building blocks: a passive S&H, a comparator with automatic off-
set cancellation, a D/A converter optimized for speed versus consumption,
bias/voltage reference, input voltage reference buffers and an SAR machine. It is par-
ticularly suited for integrated auxiliary codec applications and multi-converter
architectures in wireless or battery-operated products.
