matched tri-band EGSM/DCS/  
PCS power amplifier module  
designed on Agilent Technologies’  
leading edge Enhancement Mode  
PHEMT (E-pHEMT) process.  
• Single 3.5 Volt supply (nominal)  
• 50 Ohms input & output impedance  
• Small SMT package 6 x 12 x 1.4 mm
