Subject: ACN# 05A-13 Advanced Change Notification of Intent to Transfer

Lattice MachXO Product Families

Dear Lattice Customers,

Lattice is providing this Advanced Change Notification (ACN) of our intent to transfer Lattice

MachXO™ and LA-MachXO 130nm product families from Fujitsu Electronics’ 200mm fab in Mie

Japan to their 300mm adjacent fab. Lattice is taking advantage of a fabrication line consolidation

effort within Fujitsu Microelectronics to make this move to a newer, more-advanced line. Transfer

to this newer line will help ensure longevity for this successful programmable logic device (PLD).

Lattice will have sufficient inventory and capacity to support a smooth transition for the

LCMXO/LAMXO families to the 300-mm line. Product from this newer line will be form, fit and

function compatible with the current 200-mm line product.

A formal Product Change Notification (PCN) will be forthcoming in the second half of 2014 with

samples available at that time.
