Silicone Coated

The AUMOV® Varistor Series is designed for automotive

applications requiring load dump, jump start and surge voltage

transient protection.

Phenolic Coated

Features & Benefits

coating meet the stringent

quality requirements of

AEC-Q200 (Table 10)

■ High energy absorption

particularly for automotive

load dump and jump start

■ Lead–free, Halogen-Free

■ High peak surge current rating

and RoHS compliant

up to 10kA (8/20 μs pulse)

■ Wide operating voltage

range: 14VAC to 625VAC

and 16VDC to 825VDC

■ Five disc sizes available:

5, 7, 10, 14, and 20mm
