Reason for Change:

Description of Change:

Change the 2651A/E ball len cap to molded len cap. By doing

this, the body of the new 2651A/E is a little longer as described

2651A/E is built using ball lens cap and the 2651L is built with

the mold len cap. These two different lens cap have different

size. For low cost, the 2651L design is perfered to use for both in the File Attachement. Also see DVT report in the File

products, 2651A/E and 2651L.
