我们的高稳定性温度补偿石英振盪器(TCXO)系列在 -40 至 85°C 范围内提供 ±0.5 至 ±5.0 ppm 的频率稳定性。对于 SiP 模块和汽车等特定应用,工作温度范围可从 -40 °C 扩展到 105°C。封装尺寸支持从 3.2 x 2.5 mm、2.5 x 2.0 mm至 1.6 x 1.2 mm。
