FEATURES:

DESCRIPTION:

• Functionally equivalent to QS3253

• 5Ω bi-directional switch connection between two ports

• Isolation under power-off conditions

• Over-voltage tolerant

TheCBTLV3253isadual1-of-4high-speedmultiplexer/demultiplexer.

Thelowon-stateresistanceoftheswitchallowsconnectionstobemadewith

minimalpropagationdelay.

The select (S0, S1) input controls the data flow. The multiplexer/

demultiplexerswitchesaredisabledwhentheoutput-enable(OE) input is

high.

• Latch-up performance exceeds 100mA

• VCC = 2.3V - 3.6V, Normal Range

• ESD > 2000V per MIL-STD-883, Method 3015;

> 200V using machine model (C = 200pF, R = 0)

• Available in QSOP and TSSOP packages

To ensure that the device is in high-impedance state during power up

or power down, OE should be tied to VCC through a pullup resistor; the

minimumvalueoftheresistorisdeterminedbythecurrent-sinkingcapability

of the driver.
