100mW output power

The ProFLEX01-SOC module is a high performance

2.4 GHz ZigBee / IEEE 802.15.4 System-On-Chip

(CC2530) radio/microcontroller and power amplifier

(CC2591) in a cost effective, pre-certified footprint.

Long range: 4000 feet

Miniature footprint: 0.9” x 1.63”

Integrated PCB F antenna or U.FL connector for

external antenna



Integrated 8051 microcontroller with 256k

FLASH and 8k RAM



4MBit Serial FLASH

Supports ZigBee Light Link (ZLL)

Low power operation

RoHS compliant

The module comes preloaded with the TI Z-Stack

with the ZigBee Light Link protocol.

Streamlined development with LSR design

services.

Full debug and programming capabilities are

included to develop custom applications.



License options available to purchase design or

integrate design.
