Features and Benefits
• Mounts directly to a rubberized M10 female battery
terminal to protect the battery and high-current circuits
Description
• Effective high-speed fuse is ideal for short circuit
protection in electric vehicles and equipment
The Sealed M10 ZCASE® 80V 600A Bolt-Down Battery
Terminal Fuse mounts directly to a rubberized M10 female
battery terminal, providing high-current short circuit
protection. The direct-mounting design allows the fuse to
safeguard both the battery and the high-current circuits
that power an electric vehicle. Plus, it eliminates the need
for additional high-current wiring off the battery.
• Sealed design safeguards the fuse from battery acid
fumes
• IP67/IP69K dust-tight and waterproof and IEC 60079-0
explosion-proof ratings are achieved when the fuse is
installed with the required insulating bolt and a sealed
cable lug
The 600-amp Sealed M10 ZCASE® fuse performs quickly
and effectively in the event of an electrical fault without
the false blows that occur in legacy high-speed fuses.
• TPU housing
Thanks to its sealed design, the fuse is self-protected from
battery acid fumes and is rated for explosive atmospheres
(IEC 60079-0) when it is installed with the required
insulated bolt (sold separately unless indicated) and a
sealed cable lug (not included).
Applications
• Electric Forklift
• Electric Manlift
• Electric Floor Cleaners
• Electric Utility Vehicles
